Yoga Classes​​

After booking you will receive a confirmation email.
It will contain a link with all the Zoom login details.

Save it! Or make a note...

All you will need is a laptop, phone, or tablet with an internet connection and camera.
The 'meeting' is hosted by Zoom, which is similar to Skype but better.
You will need to sign up for Zoom beforehand at www.zoom.us Its free..!

Please check your webcam's video and audio settings before joining the class.
Try and set up your screen so that you can see it from your mat .

I suggest that you 'join' from 5 mins before the class is due to start.
